How many servings come in a 3 gallon container?

This depends on the scoop size. But about 75-85 is a fair bet.

Will you deliver across the country?

Yes, long distance shipping is Freight-On-Buyer. Local and regional shipping is handled by Klein’s.

Additionally, we have an Los Angeles regional distributor, Nick Trading Int’l, they can be contacted at (818) 990-1813. They will deliver within 100 miles of LA.

If I order a significant size shipment for a cafeteria, will it last?

Properly stored it will last about 2 years with no degrade in quality.

Can we set up a regular delivery schedule?

Yes. Most of our restaurants operate on such a system.

We’ve never offered ice cream before, what are the most popular flavors?

In the U.S., the most popular ice cream flavors are Vanilla, Chocolate, Butter Pecan, Strawberry, and Mint Chocolate Chip, respectively. Klein’s offers all of these, in addition to many variations on these classics.  Because many other brands offer relatively few flavors, we find many vegan and non-dairy customers also appreciate unique flavors such as Cookies n’ Cream, a top-seller.
